HEALTH CHALLENGE: Try some deskercises

A few of the exercises list I have done and will continue to do, such as shoulder rolls and chest stretches. For neck stretches I normally do a full rotation of my neck, but the one here also looks nice to add. Twisted arms is not something I would normally do, but I will try.

    I may have to give this a look myself. I feel as though I am constantly stretching and shifting around in my chair during class. I mean CONSTANTLY. I am curious to see if any of these stretches are maybe less subtle than that ones I do so I am not as distracting in class.
